Heyyyyy gurl, Heyyyyy!
Over the weekend, I visited a thrift store that I’ve seen other bloggers shop at. I thought that I would be far from it but I was in for a shock I because I was really only 4 minutes away. 😱I’ve been procrastinating about going because I was dreading the long drive and traffic! Smh. If you know Atlanta, you know! Anyhow, I found some great finds that I will be revamping over the next few weeks.

I found this oversized collared top that I decided needed to be upgraded.

I’ve been noticing this trend of feathers! Y’all know I’m a lover of all things texture so of course I was down for the feather trend! here is how I took a regular schmegular top and turned it into a fun dress!

whew! Talking about an upgrade! Lol but let’s get into these steps so you can be fabulous as well.

Materials:

Feather Boa

Scissors

Fabric Glue

Oversized collared top

Step 1: Measure and cut the feather boa to wrist.

Step 2: Glue boa down along the seam of the wrist.

Step 3: Repeat steps for the opposite sleeve!

I snagged this top for $1.98 and upgraded it in a matter of seconds.
