Creative Tuesday DIY Post: Jennifer Le “Fairy Tale” remake.

Creative Tuesday DIY Post: Jennifer Le “Fairy Tale” remake.

Heyyyyyy Gurlllll, Heyyyyy!

Last night, I did a spin on the Fairy tale heels by Jennifer Le. As promised, here is the written version of the DIY. I won’t bore you with a bunch of words so let’s get into it.

First thing first, here is what you’ll need:

Heels

 Ostrich Feather

Glue: Gemtac

Aleene Quick Dry Glue- Shop here

Flatback pearls

Rhinestones

For those who like to have the instructions written out, here you go gurllllll!

Step 1: Measure and cut the length of the feather trim to the band of the shoe. Keep in mind that the feather has to be long enough so that you can wrap it three times.

Step 2: Now that you’ve measured and cut. Glue the trimming down. fold the feather trimming three times. Sorta like you would do if you were making a paper fan.

Step 3: Glue down your rhinestones and pearls on the ribbon. Create a pattern with the pearls and rhinestones.

Step 4: Let the trimming dry and glue rhinestones on the ankle strap. Be sure to leave enough room at the end of the strap so that you can buckle the strap. Let it dry.

Step 5: Glue down the bling feather trimming on the middle strap and attach the ankle strap.

Step 6: Repeat the following steps for the other shoe.

Now that I have given you the rundown on these Jennifer Le inspired shoes. Tell me what do you think and if you recreate this look tag me on Instagram or hashtag #stylespytaughtme.

I wish I knew what next week DIY is but of course I don’t so I will update you on my social accounts.

Welp, a spy is signing out! Peace
